This notice covers this website only. Each of our products has its own website, and when you use or buy one, the privacy information there applies, such as the EasyKJ Privacy Notice and the Show Presenter Pro Privacy Policy.

What we collect

• When you visit this website: the web server that hosts it keeps standard logs of the requests it receives, such as your IP address, the page asked for, the date and time, and your browser type. These are kept by our hosting provider for a short time to keep the site running and secure, and we don't use them to identify you.
• When you email us: your email address, your name if you give it, and whatever you write, so we can reply and help you.

This website has no forms, accounts or advertising, and we don't use it to collect anything else.

Cookies

This website doesn't use cookies, analytics or any other tracking, so there's nothing to accept or turn off.

Why we use it, and our lawful basis

We use your information only to run this website and to answer your messages. Under UK data protection law, our lawful basis is our legitimate interests in doing so, or, where you contact us about something you've bought, taking steps to provide it.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your information or share it for marketing. It's held by the companies that host this website and our email, who act on our behalf and only as we instruct. We'd only share it otherwise if the law required us to.

How long we keep it

Server logs are kept only as long as our hosting provider needs them, usually a matter of weeks. Emails are kept for as long as we need them to help you, and then deleted, normally within two years unless we need them for a legal reason.

Your rights

You have the right to ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and to ask us to correct or delete it, restrict how we use it, or stop using it. To do any of these, email us. We'll reply within one month.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, please tell us first. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

We may update this notice from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
